qubicmap.org is published by a private individual, on a non-commercial and voluntary basis, under the pseudonym Rudy Nakamoto. As allowed by French law for non-professional publishers (article 6, III, 2 of the LCEN), the publisher's identity has been given to the hosting provider and is not published here.

A listing is not an endorsement, an audit, a security review or financial advice, and listings are free: no project pays to appear or to be featured. Personal data

• No account, no advertising, no tracking cookies.
• Likes and game scores are stored with the name you choose for the leaderboard and a short code derived from your connection (a truncated hash, not your IP address), used only to count one like per visitor and to limit abuse.
• The suggestion form stores what you write, and a contact only if you choose to give one, to follow up on your message.
• Your browser keeps your language, theme, favourites, game name and team (local storage). Nothing of this is sent elsewhere; you can clear it from your browser.
• To ask for access to or deletion of your data, use the form on the home page. You can also contact the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

Trademarks

Qubic and the Qubic logo belong to their owners. Project names and logos belong to their respective owners and are shown only to identify the projects.
